Why Asian skin is harder
Asian skin tends to be:
- Thicker dermis — pigment migrates deeper if depth isn't controlled
- More active sebum on the T-zone (especially in humid climates)
- Warmer undertones that oxidize cool pigments to grey-blue
- Higher melanin in Fitzpatrick IV–V — pigment appears darker fresh, lighter healed

The 4 specs that matter
1. Swiss coreless motor
Standard rotary motors vary in torque as skin resistance changes. Swiss coreless motors hold constant RPM under load — critical when working across brow bone bumps and dense hair follicles common in Asian brows.

Any vibration above 0.15mm at max RPM shows up as pigment scatter — invisible fresh, obvious at day 30 healing.
3. 3.0mm universal stroke
Shorter strokes (2.5mm) don't push pigment deep enough on thick Asian skin. Longer (3.5mm+) over-deposits on oily zones. 3.0mm is the sweet spot.
