What does the FNS PMU machine cost?

The FNS Micropigmentation Machine is USD $288 and ships with a fitted case, universal 100–240 V adapter and starter cartridges. Signature pigments are USD $38 per bottle.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Orders dispatch from Hong Kong within 24 hours on business days with tracked delivery to 230+ destinations — 1–2 days to Hong Kong and Macau, 2–4 days to Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia, 3–5 days across ASEAN, Japan and Korea, and 5–9 days to Europe, the US, the UK and Australia.

Is shipping free?

Worldwide shipping is free on orders over USD $500. Below that, tracked shipping is calculated at checkout by destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Alipay, WeChat Pay and GrabPay. Checkout is processed by Stripe and prices are charged in USD.

Does the machine come with a warranty?

Every machine carries a 12-month professional-use warranty. Asia-Pacific repairs are handled from our Hong Kong depot in 3–7 days rather than being returned to a factory.

Do FNS cartridges fit other machines?

The FNS machine uses the universal cartridge standard, so Cheyenne, EZ, Kwadron and Bishop style PMU cartridges all fit — and FNS cartridges fit any universal-standard pen.

Are FNS pigments certified for professional use?

Yes. The 23-shade signature range is vegan, hybrid-formulated and manufactured to REACH-compliant standards for professional PMU use.

Can I order as a studio or distributor?
