US$288 for the machine, fitted case, universal 100–240 V adapter and cable. There is no membership, no mandatory pigment bundle and no accessory upsell required to make the machine work.

Shipping is charged at cost and is free worldwide on orders over US$500, so most artists who add a pigment palette to the order ship free. Import duty, where it applies, is set by your own customs authority and is shown as an estimate at checkout rather than as a surprise on delivery.

When it arrives

Orders placed before 3 pm Hong Kong time on a business day are dispatched the same day; everything else goes out within 24 hours. Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves the depot.

Typical tracked transit: 1–2 days to Hong Kong and Macau. 2–4 days to Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia. 3–5 days to Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan and Korea. 5–9 days to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and the Middle East.

Because we hold stock in Hong Kong rather than drop-shipping from a factory, the dispatch window is a commitment rather than an estimate that depends on a third party's production queue.

Warranty and what happens if it fails

Twelve months from delivery, valid in every market, covering motor, electronics and manufacturing defects under professional daily use. Wear items — cartridges, grips — are excluded, as they are everywhere.

APAC repairs are handled from our Hong Kong depot with a 3–7 day turnaround including return shipping. This is the practical difference between a regional brand and a premium European one: the same fault that takes us a week takes three to five weeks when the unit has to fly to Europe and back.

Returns: unopened, unused units can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene rules mean a machine that has been used on skin cannot be resold, so used units fall under warranty rather than return.

Can I use a tattoo machine for permanent makeup?

Technically it will run. Practically it is the wrong tool, and this is one of the most common expensive mistakes in the industry.

Body tattoo machines are built for longer strokes — commonly 3.5 to 4.0 mm — and higher power delivery for packing large areas of dense black into thick body skin. Facial skin around the brow and lip is thinner, more vascular and far less forgiving. A longer stroke at tattoo power deposits pigment below the target layer, which reads as a blurred, blue-grey healed result twelve months later.

PMU machines run a shorter, more controlled stroke — 3.0 mm on the FNS — at a lower, steadier RPM with tighter runout, because the whole job is depositing a precise, shallow layer that heals true. If you already own a rotary tattoo machine and a PMU cartridge grip, you can practise with it. Do not use it on a paying client's face.

Why buy direct rather than from a marketplace

A marketplace listing at US$95 for a visually similar pen is not the same product. The motor is not the same class, the runout is untested, the power supply is the most common failure point, and there is no warranty path — when it fails you buy another one.
